Addition of a view filter when accessing the main ESPHome UI

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I have a large number of entries, some are online, some are not and some indicate update option.
It would help to focus on the task in hand if it were possible to filter the list of nodes based on a limited number of options, these might be: `all` - `online` - `offline` - `update available` as these are the obvious filter definitions.
As an addition to this, it would then make sense for the `update all` button to effect the filtered list.
Also, perhaps make the filter selection default to `all` but retain the setting between sessions.

Start by locating the main ESPHome UI view that lists nodes and the existing update-all action. Trace how node online, offline, and update-available states are represented. Done means the list supports the requested filters, update-all respects the filtered list, and the selected filter defaults to all and persists between sessions.
