Description

Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like

More fan component automation triggers like 'on_oscillation_change', 'on_direction_change' etc.

Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:

The fan I'm using comes with an IR remote and does not return state. This automation could make oscillating it work better. Since, ESPHome/HA (idk which) publishes state for everything on each command, my fan goes crazy.

Research direction

Start by reviewing the existing fan component automation triggers and how oscillation and direction commands publish state. Define the intended behavior for triggers such as on_oscillation_change and on_direction_change, then verify that an IR-controlled fan can use them without unwanted state reactions.
