Add e1.31 support for AC Dimmers

I would like to control zero cross AC dimmers via e1.31 from xLights.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I am trying to control AC string lights (i.e. christmas lights) with a D1 Mini and a Krida Electronics 8 channel digital light dimmer control module. I have set up the D1 mini and dimmer module with ESPHome and everything is working perfectly as far as controlling the lights. I can't find an alternative option for DIY AC dimmers controlled via E1.31.
