Support for the US-100 (Y401) Ultrasonic sensor temperature compensating Uart/serial mode
**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
The speed of sound changes with temperature. I saw this using a HC-SR04 (trigger/echo), with a temperature drop of 25 deg, readings dropped 4" and came back when warmed up.
