Gitl2 inverter support

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**

Rs232 connection to the gitl2 inverters (they come under many different brand names including eco-worthy but gitl2 seems to be consistent) so i can use an esp device to read / control (limit) the inverter.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

Inverter is in a closet. Would like to display data / control remotely.

Start by reading the two linked Second Life Storage discussions to determine the GTIL2 RS232 protocol and whether reading and limiting are feasible. No repository files, tests, or entry points are identified. Done would require an agreed scope for ESP-device inverter data access and control, plus documented protocol requirements.
