**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
Etekcity Voltsons are a line of cheap smart plugs with power monitoring based on the [HLW8012](https://esphome.io/components/sensor/hlw8012.html), but with the SEL pin permanently pulled to VCC so that it is only capable of monitoring current, not voltage.
**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
Add support for using HLW8012 chips in fixed-output mode.
