GM65 QR Code and Bar Code Reader

I found this awesome barcode reader:

which can be connected via USB as well as UART.
Unfortunately I don't have one at hand yet, I just ordered one, but it would be great to include it as a standard sensor in ESPHome.

I think there are many ways to use QR code scanner in Home Assistant.

few examples:
- sending friends a QR code which will open their front door.
- filling up shopping lists by scanning the empty packages

**Additional context**

Start by obtaining and testing the M65/GM65 scanner described in the linked product listing over its USB and UART connections. Define the device protocol and integration scope before locating the appropriate ESPHome entry point; done means a standard ESPHome sensor can receive barcode and QR-code scans through the supported connection.
