Add support for the CS1258 measurement AFE chip

Add support for the CS1258 measurement AFE chip,Thank you for your excelent job with ESPHome.
**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

The CS1258 is an high performance eight-polar measurement AFE chip, which integrates ΣΔ ADC, body impedance measurement module (BIM), and digital filter. The ADC includes MUXP/MUXN with 8 inputs, Level shifting module, programmable low noise gain amplifier (PGA). The BIM module uses a sinusoidal excitation source to convert the body impedance into a voltage signal and send it to the ADC for measurement. It can support multi-electrode and multi-frequency body impedance measurement, phase angle measurement, respiration rate and heart rate measurement.
