Add MrCool to IR Remote Climate

MrCool IR remote feature in IR Remote Climate please. MrCool IR remote looks identical, and has the same model number as Pioneer units, so there is a chance that it is the same protocol... Remote : RG57A6 .

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**

I tried all available protocols, from coolix to hitachi_ac344 and nothing works.

**Additional context**

I am using NodeMCU and IR diode: https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0816P2545/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1 . Using 5V as a power source. I can confirm that diode works, and that unit reacts to standard remote.

Begin at the IR Remote Climate integration and review how the existing coolix and hitachi_ac344 protocols are represented. Use the RG57A6 remote with the stated NodeMCU and IR diode setup to compare signals; done means the MrCool unit responds reliably to the required climate commands.
