Support for Wyze Sense 915Mhz

**Describe the problem you have/What new integration you would like**
ESPHome supports the Sonoff RF Bridge 433Mhz. It would be nice for ESPHome to support the upcoming Wyze Sense V2 Hub 915Mhz. See https://wyze.com/home-security-monitoring#pageDetails.

**Please describe your use case for this integration and alternatives you've tried:**
There are current Home Assistant and Wyze Sense V1 integrations via https://github.com/kevinvincent/ha-wyzesense and https://github.com/JoshuaMulliken/ha-wyzeapi. However, Wyze Sense V1 have a fault of losing the mac address and has been discontinued. There is still no integration for Wyze Sense V2.

**Additional context**
Wyze Sense V1 is popular with Home Assistant users. It would be nice if Wyze Sense V2 can continue to integrate with Home Assistant via ESPHome.
