[Feature] Allow to detect ESP8285 (if possible)

Not entirely sure if it is possible, but it would be great if the ESP8285 could be detected as chip family.

At runtime I have not found a way to distinguish the ESP8285 from an ESP8266, so I am not sure if it is possible to detect when probing the ESP.

Start by investigating the runtime probing path used to identify ESP8266 devices and whether ESP8285 exposes any distinguishable chip information. Done means either reliably detecting ESP8285 as its own chip family or documenting that runtime probing cannot distinguish it from ESP8266.
