problem with organized field transformations

When working with the Organize Fields Transformation it appears to break the matrix. Here is an example:

and when I apply the transformation and select the source/dest and output field, I end up with "No Data"

Reproduce the issue using the Organize Fields Transformation and the reported source, destination, and output-field selections; compare the matrix before and after it reports “No Data.” No file, test, or entry point is named, so first locate the transformation implementation and any related tests; done means the same selection no longer empties the matrix.
