Pull the library without redownloading Laravel

Hello,

I want to use this library in my project. Actually, this project is done on the cms October using the framework Laravel. I need to include this project in a specific vendor directory that is not the same than the laravel composer.
Is there anyway to download the library without requiring the laravel dependency ?
