Description
More of a question, is it possible to contribute to the project and you send you PRs for new algorithms to be embedded into your Python package?
I was planning on using [Shuffled Complex Evolution (SCE) algorithm](https://doi.org/10.1016/0022-1694(94)90057-4) and adding it to `pygmo2`. Let me know.
