redux-forms v6.3.0 or v6.5.0

i have had a lot of difficulty using v6 of redux-forms and would like to have some kind of complete reference app. I believe the intention of this repo is to provide exactly that for the redux-forms package. I would like to request this be updated.

I am trying to do it myself until then but am new to redux-forms and I have not gotten v6 to link to the reducer properly yet on any project.
