Minor remaining tasks for bloatnet publishing

Workflow is working end-to-end now, but there are some minor cleanup tasks:

- [ ] Add remaining integrity checks (most of them are enabled, but ideally it should enable AllChecks): related https://github.com/erigontech/erigon/issues/18677
- [x] Deactivate/delete previous erigon-snapshots branch `perfnet2_shadow_fork_main` which was created by Milen originally and used to bootstrap the definitive bloatnet shadowfork chain
- [ ] Decomission and delete the previous R2 bucket
- [x] Make Caplin work with bloatnet (there should be just minor settings, but making it would free us from having to run LH on snapshotter just to get correct chain FCU; there are no consensus change on shadowfork)
