`release/3.1` `eth-mainnet`:
```
Downloading Execution History progress=16979/104275 ETA=1h33m6s blk/sec=18.7
```
Also from `UX` point of view: `blk/sec=18.7` is a bit meaningless number - because User (and me) doesn't have intuition what number is "good". So, `blk/sec=18.7` is it fast or slow? Need manually tweak some settings or not?
