`stage_custom_trace`: can't run if state snapshots are ahead of block snapshots

and `rm -rf chaindata`

Same happening with `stage_exec` - it finishing without warnings, but doesn't do anything

I was needed to run ` go run ./cmd/erigon seg rm-state-snapshots --datadir /erigon-data --latest` to get through
