Add Well upscaling QC

Add functionality to quality check / analyze the upscaling of well data from the input raw logs to an ensemble of simulation grids.
It should be possible to compare raw well logs with:
- Upscaled wells
- Modelled properties in different grids (e.g. geogrid/simulationgrid)

Stage 1:
Visualization:
- Histogram with cdf's for each data source
- Table
- Scatter / Scatter matrix

It should be possible to filter on discrete selectors, such as region, zones and facies.

- Intersections along wells with grid parameters and well logs

Precalculated intersection data

Start with the existing or additional data-input functionality described at https://equinor.github.io/fmu-tools/qcproperties.html, then trace how raw well logs, upscaled wells, and modelled grid properties are represented. Done requires Stage 1 histogram/CDF, table, scatter views, and discrete filters; Stage 2 adds well intersections using precalculated data.
