Optionally show wells without trajectory

Allow loading wells data without trajectory data.

The main use case is partial loading of wells data, eg with large data sets.

The issue names no file, test, or entry point. Begin by locating the wells-data loading path and its tests, then determine how trajectory data is currently required; done means wells can load without trajectory data while supporting partial loading for large datasets.
