Remove the warning related to the "--dir" argument for prtvol2csv

Description
If the output folder does not exist, prtvol2csv will create the folder according to the FMU standard (share/results/volumes). This is current behaviour. The --dir argument should be optional, and not trigger a warning if omitted.
