How to commit new keyword to EGRID file

Description
If I understand correctly, using `ResdataKW` I created a new keyword, but I could not figure out how to "commit" it to the EGRID file so that I can later view it with Resinsight.
Is this possible? I scanned the documentation but could not find it.
