Azure Security Baseline - Kubernetes policies [security]

Ref. meeting with GRC team on 23.08; ASB policies related to Kubernetes have been extracted and we would like the Radix team to comment on the various policies

We would like the Radix team to go through the list of policies, and comment on which of these can/should be implemented (in the form of audit etc.), which cannot be implemented, and any which we are not sure about

Start with Kubernetes_policies_ASB.xlsx and the linked Solum issue 6437. Review each listed Azure Security Baseline policy against Radix’s Kubernetes platform and record which policies can or should be implemented, which cannot, and which remain uncertain. Done means the full policy list has documented Radix team comments and implementation decisions.
