[Bug]: Error when forcing decision

### Problem description

I have set the value of the seismic acquisition - yes, to 0 and I forced the decision. With "yes", things seems to work, but when forcing to "no" an error message "failed to fetch solutions with evidence" appears.

### Proposed solution

We should be able to force evidences without having errors.
