Description
Reference class forecasting (RCF) is a method for correcting human biases. It's a function of Percentile by a scaler. The RCF input is the probabilities added by the user + the percentiles, then using the percentiles the probabilities are scaled.
unclear if RCF should be a user savable component that can then be applied....
