Description

## Further MVP development
Continuing the development of the MVP towards a product in Equinor the following features should be implemented.

The main goal of the development in 2026 is to enrich the user functionality, bring the tool to a broader audience in Equinor and by the end of 2026 be able to access the tool in a prod environment which can be used for pilot cases and other implementations.

Another goal is to reach out to externals for testing and feedback to gather possible collaboration.
The list below is a preliminary list of features and is subject to change.

### Structuring

- [ ] Strategy Table:
- [x] https://github.com/equinor/dot-web/issues/198#issue-3387397429
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-api/issues/152

- [ ] Create an objective hierarchy in a tree structure to highlight the combination between **strategic**, **fundamental** and **means** objectives

- [ ] Spider Diagram:
- [x] https://github.com/equinor/dot-web/issues/199
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/14
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/12

- [ ] Features to support uncertainty quantification like expert judgement methods (TU Delft), Maximum Entropy ++
- https://github.com/equinor/dot/issues/41
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/640

- [ ] Methods for de-biasing in research mode - this is not well defined and needs more input from the research side
- https://github.com/equinor/dot-api/issues/28

- [ ] Implement sessions / scenarios
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/859
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/692
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/177
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/176

### Computation

- [ ] Supporting continuous probabilities
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/189

- [ ] Supporting continuous utilities

- [ ] Add asymmetry to the decision problems
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/363
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/309

- [ ] Efficient solvers to solve more complex problems are available
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/694
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/277

- [ ] Improvement of the solver capacity - solve more complex problems potentially with different solvers

- [ ] Add specific functions to calculate the utility and value. In the first run this can be a predefined list of functions like STOIIP, cashflow, NPV, BE

---

### Analysis

- [ ] Be able to conduct sensitivity analysis one by one, e.g. similar to the issue above but also to be able to change quickly a probability. Add some graphs and visualisations for the analysis.

- [ ] Special Value of information/Learning/Control setting and page to detailed analysis on the value of information

- [ ] Enhance the analytical functionality to test specific scenarios, in this case we can lock specific outcomes or alternatives and see how the value changes

- [ ] Decision timeline - show effects of delays in decisions. This might go a bit too much into project management software but we can take a look at it.

- [ ] Solution report
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/405

---

### Collaboration

- [ ] Create an open test version of the tool to be accessible from externals. This could be run on its own in radix with local storage. Other options might have to be looked into
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/378

- [ ] Collaboration with the [probabilit idea](https://github.com/equinor/probabilit) from Feda

- [ ] Conversion of some of the uncertainties into an "Uncertainty Register" such that this can be used in a FMU setup

- [ ] Possible integration with OSDU - as a MVP we can send data for example to OSDU.

---

### Advanced

- [ ] Handle time series data input for utilities such that we can insert time dependent production and cost profiles

- [ ] Integration with LLM to ask questions about the decision model and possibly interaction about uncertainties and values

- [ ] Object Oriented Probabilistic Networks
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/609

- [ ] Decision Analysis Network (DAN)
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/382
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/381

- [ ] Multi-criteria
- dot-archive:
- [ ] https://github.com/equinor/dot-archive/issues/104

### Project handling:
