Cleanup language blob urls and vds

Currently VDS, blob url and files or VDS flies are used a bit inconsistently. It would be beneficial to establish a proper definition for the data source and the corresponding key. After these definitions are established the documentation, messages and possibly variable names should be updated accordingly.

Seismic data in VDS format can either be stored as a file or in the cloud. Do we have a proper name for a cloud stored VDS data?

How do we refer to the location in the cloud where the VDS data is located?

For the user it would probably be beneficial to have this documentation available in one location.
