Description

**User input**
I had a thought about the way the problems, ideas, questions and risks were logged. Would it be possible for the cards in the “categorise” area to have the heading of the subprocess? i.e. for Problem 7 in my case it would look something like this:

May be a challenge if this is a one to many relationship, but something to consider.

Research direction

Start by locating the categorisation page and the card rendering for PQIR items. Inspect how cards relate to subprocesses, especially the possible one-to-many relationship; done means the relevant subprocess heading is shown on each card with that case handled.
