Add Drogon sensitivity and optimization experiments

### Description

This is an issue to collect the tutorial experiments using Drogon.

- The Drogon model ensemble is available through [fmu-drogon-flow-files @ 12ae18a](https://github.com/equinor/fmu-drogon-flow-files/tree/12ae18a6c38f20ac3753f94ad64cbd90df3192e6)
- The experiments needs to be in the same level as the model ensemble: [/data/drogon/well_rate](https://github.com/equinor/everest-tutorials/tree/main/data/drogon/well_rate) with an `everest` and `simulator` directory
