Hovering over colorbar text is causing unreliable padding in misfit/observations map plot

### What happened? (You can include a screenshot if it helps explain)

As can be seen in the video when we hover over the colorbar text that causes the whole plot to move to the left.

### What did you expect to happen?

If you hover over the colorbar text the plot window should stay as it is and the plot plus colorbar should not move to the left.

### Steps to reproduce

- Run any seismic experiment
- Click on create plot
- Select misfit/observations map
- hover over the text of the colorbar
