Suggestion for episode addition: include application of {epireview}

The {[epireview](https://github.com/mrc-ide/epireview)} package contains an increasing number of systematically reviewed parameters, so could be nice to illustrate to learners, especially as we have growing integration with {epiparameter} (e.g. ability to compile consensus estimates).

In terms of where it might fit well specifically, we already have an Ebola CFR example in the learning materials, so could add an example of how to explore distributions in more detail? https://github.com/epiverse-trace/epiparameter/discussions/267
