In https://github.com/epiverse-trace/superspreading/issues/93 was solved how to reproduce the figure in paper pasted in the [episode checklist](https://epiverse-trace.github.io/tutorials-middle/superspreading-estimate.html#estimate-the-dispersion-parameter). This code is now in vignette https://epiverse-trace.github.io/superspreading/articles/proportion_transmission.html
