Episode feature suggestion: using epireview estimates

As well as using epiparameter and emerging [epiparameterDB](https://github.com/epiverse-trace/epiparameterDB) functionality, it would also be nice to make some edits to episodes where appropriate to allow users to import parameters from the systematic reviews in [epireview](https://github.com/mrc-ide/epireview), e.g. the episodes with case studies on priority pathogens like Ebola.
