Fix email configuration for `conduct@epiverse.org`

In the CoC, we have this emal:

But after sending a test email to it, I got:

> The group conduct only accepts messages from people in its organization or on its allowed senders list, and your email address isn't on the list.

Start with CODE_OF_CONDUCT_en.md at the linked line to confirm the published conduct email, then inspect the organization’s conduct group configuration and its allowed-senders policy. Send a test message from an external address and verify that conduct@epiverse.org accepts it.
