Description
I was trying to set up a virtual environment with conda on /scratch/chansel, so I had to edit /home/chansel/.condarc to setup the path for packages installation.
I first created a virtual environment “env” that you can see in the list of dir, and now I cannot remove it, or create new files.
Other users got the same error, it seem to be a system error.
