[Feature] Polar plot suggestion

"Polar plots—including polar line, scatter, vector, and bubble charts—are widely used in mechanical and electrical engineering, electronics, and chemistry.
Since polar (r, θ) coordinates can be easily converted to Cartesian (x, y) coordinates, visualizing symbols and kinematic diagrams within an existing x-y system is highly feasible. I believe that by simply implementing the polar coordinate axes, we can efficiently develop comprehensive polar plotting capabilities."
