Description
Please add to the library a "scatter" plot on polar axis. It will be good to have to choose a "scatter" view:
1. Arc figures. Inspired by [nttiny library](https://github.com/haykh/nttiny) and looks like this
2. Circle scatters. It looks like matplotlib polar scatter plot
