[Grade C import] UX: Reupload action is unclear after validation phase

### What steps will reproduce the bug?

1. Prepare 'Grade C data' set with incorrect value -> Upload it
2. After the validation is failed click on Back button

3. Note that on the form it's not evident that the file is incorrect and how to reload it

There are two options:
1) to click on a 'Delete' icon. But in this case the user will be moved to the initial state

or
2) to click on the document name, after the reload the cursor is set in the filed and it looks like the filed can be edited/ the file can be renamed, Also the filed has not nice border
