Autotests: Remove Infrastructure Tests from Regression Suite and Create Separate Run

**Background**
We have identified that certain tests, namely infrastructure tests ( for example 'getting molV3000 from Indigo' ), are not functional tests and should be treated differently in our testing process.

**Solution**
These tests need to be removed from the regression suite and from the GitHub repository as they are should updated and run at different times compared to functional tests.
