Implement in E2E GUI tests not covered CP feature: [Folder cloning & locking]

__*Folder cloning*__ allows a user to clone any folder to a specific destination: to user's personal folder, or user's project. It would be helpful to create a new project way faster due to copying metadata, configurations, storages from another project.

__*Folder locking*__ allows a user to save his folder and its children from any changes of other users.

Check whether all of the features above have corresponding test cases, write the missing ones and implement tests.
