run_as/share_with_users/share_with_groups fields disappear from config.json after saving Configuration

**Describe the bug**
`run_as/share_with_users/share_with_groups` fields disappear from pipeline `config.json` after saving Configuration page.

**To Reproduce**
1. Create and open pipeline.
2. Go to the **CODE** tab
3. Add `run_as` (or `share_with_users/share_with_groups`) value to the `config.json`
4. Go to the **CONFIGURATION** tab
5. Update any field and click *Save* button
6. Return to the **CODE** tab and check `config.json`

**Expected behavior**
`run_as/share_with_users/share_with_groups` fields should be displayed in `config.json`.
