**Describe the bug**
Incorrect time showing for Almaty/Kazakhstan in the lane. It shows correct time in the widget itself despite to the wrong delta.
**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Add Warsaw time.
2. Add Almaty time.
3. Observe incorrect time in the lane.
**Expected behavior**
Correct time is expected both in the widget and lane.
