Multi dashboards

Create multi dashboards.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Tabs on top of the page that give opportunity create multi dashboard very easy and effectively navigate between them. Also I guess it will be very necessary to have opportunity to put uniq name to each tab.

**Additional context**
If you are manager and you have more than one project you need open too many tabs in browser to split dashboards for each project. It would be nice if I will have opportunity to create multi dashboards in just one browser tab.
