### How to reproduce
1. Login to Admin
2. Go to Evaluation > Test Suites
3. Open any Test Suite
4. Navigate to the Test Cases tab
5. Click Import
6. Upload a CSV file with test cases
7. Observe the preview grid
### Actual result
The column header for the test case name field is displayed as testCaseName
### Expected result
The column header should display label: Test case name.
