Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
Draw any multistep reaction with agents (text or catalysts), save the drawing as CDXML.
Check if agents appeared on their place in "scheme" section of CDXML file.
**Expected behavior**
Agent id appears in "scheme/step" CDXML section inside "ReactionStepObjectsAboveArrow" or "ReactionStepObjectsUnderArrow" attribute.

**Actual behavior**
Attributes "ReactionStepObjectsAboveArrow" and "ReactionStepObjectsUnderArrow" don't appear in "step".
