Description
**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Create some reaction on the canvas
2. Distort it
3. Click Clean Up
**Expected behavior**
After Clean Up action structures are undistorted. Position of the reaction does not change.
**Actual behavior**
Structures are NOT undistorted. In Standalone mode: Error: core: is not a base molecule
