'Clean Up' action doesn't work for the distorted R-Group members

Affected versions: Release/2.2 + master
(standalone, remote)

Steps to reproduce:
1. Launch Ketcher.
2. Draw a structure on the canvas, e.g. chain.
3. Choose R-Group Fragment tool.
4. Define the created structure as R-group R1 member.
5. Distort the created structure with the 'Lasso Selection' tool.
6. Select the distorted part of the structure with 'Lasso Selection' tool.
7. Click on 'Clean Up' button.

Expected result: The selected fragment of the structure is cleaned.
Actual result: The selected fragment of the structure remains distorted.
