When User clicks "Calculated Values' button modal window not opens or contains errors.

**Affected Version:** _Standalone, Remote_
**Steps to Reproduce:**
1. Click the "Periodic table" button at the Atom Palettebar. Open the Extended tab.
2. Click the "H+" button in the 'Special Nodes' section click the OK button and click the canvas.
3. Click the 'Check Structure' button.

**Expected Result:**
The fields in the 'Calculated Values' window should be filled with info about the hydrogen atom:
Chemical Formula: H
Molecular Weight: 1.008
Exact Mass: 1.008
Elemental Analysis: H 100

**Actual Result:**
_Standalone mode_
After clicking 'Calculated Values' modal window not opens.

_Remote mode_
When User clicks "Calculated Values' button for H+ atom in modal window system places the cursor in 'Chemical Formula' empty text field, another fields contains message "error: Cannot calculate mass for structure with pseudoatoms, template atoms or RSites"
