Affected versions: Remote, Standalone
Steps to reproduce:
1. Execute '/v2/indigo/clean' with the following parameters:
struct
[ketcher_cleanup.zip](https://github.com/epam/Indigo/files/6265323/ketcher_cleanup.zip)
selected: [3, 4, 5]
Expected result: Structure is cleaned.
Actual result: Structure remains distorted.
