Indigo functions removes wrong valence warning indicator from atom

**Steps to Reproduce**
1. Go to Molecules mode
2. Load from SMARTS: `[K](-[#6])-[#6]`

3. Press Aromatize button (`Alt+A`)

**Actual behavior**
Wrong valence warning indicator is removed from atom

**Expected behavior**
Wrong valence warning indicator remains in place

**Environment details:**
- Ketcher Version 3.18.0-rc.1 Build at 2026-07-02; 16:03:43
- Indigo Version 1.46.0-rc.1.0-gf3408986b-wasm32-wasm-clang-23.0.0
- Chrome Version 150.0.7871.47 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- Win11

Reproduce the problem in Molecules mode with SMARTS `[K](-[#6])-[#6]`, then trace the Aromatize action (`Alt+A`) through the Indigo functions involved in valence warnings. Done means aromatization no longer removes the wrong-valence warning indicator from the atom; add or run a regression check if the relevant test area is found.
